2011 was another excellent year for OSBIE. Underwriting
Income of $8.4 million, coupled with Investment
Income of $9.2 million resulted in a total Net Income of
$17.6 million for the year.
At the recent February, 2012 meeting of the OSBIE Board of Directors,
elections for the Chair, Vice Chair positions took place.
It is recommended
that school boards
implement and enforce

use of board-owned
vehicles that are driven
by various board
employees.
